A. We are only 25 minutes north of town conveniently located a few minutes off of Highway 27.
Q. How big is the development?
A. Barley big enough to even be called a development, the Rockery Reserve is better described as a small private 8 lot community tucked away in the woods with an abundance of privacy and security.
Q. What kind of lot infrastructure is available?
A. The roads are private with a keypad automatic front gate. Utilities include city water, underground EPB fiber optics and power, fire protection, and approved soils for septic systems.
Q. What kind of land and building restrictions exist?
A. Covenants do exist to protect the scenic beauty of the community, but they are reasonable and building standards start at 1000sf for the primary residence with the ability to build smaller upon request.

A. Yes, a HOA does exist at the Rockery Reserve to manage maintenance of the shared community infrastructure and amenities, and the annual dues are around 60$/month.
Q. What kind of amenities exist?
A. Private Cumberland Trail access, picnic area, and community gardens are the major amenities at the Rockery Reserve.
